Whilst your order is important to us, unfortunately, the current retraction of curfew passes has removed our ability to deliver to you in a timely manner. We can only provide the following options:
- Place an order and we will directly contact you with options and will advise as soon as delivery is available
- Cancel your order free of charge if no longer needed when delivery becomes available
- We can arrange delivery via DHL with additional costs added to your charges and paid via bank transfer prior to dispatch (estimated 3-4 days for delivery)
- Collection from our office at Cordoba Oasis Village Compound (behind Sabic)
- Leave your order & wait for delivery to resume – we don’t know when but will keep you updated
Please note that should you wish to collect from our office, we will require prior notification to ensure your order is prepared and we will only be able to meet people at the security check point outside compound entrance between 6am and 3pm.
If you have requested an express delivery, this cost will be removed if you prefer to collect or wish we hold the order until normal delivery resumes. Should you wish to take the DHL option, the express delivery charge will be replaced by the DHL cost, and not charged in addition to.
We apologise for this current situation, but we will get your products to you as soon as possible.
