Who are we? We’re a small team of pet lovers who want to provide you with the best products for your furry companions.
Our online store has been selling pet food, treats, toys, bedding, litter and accessories from your favourite global pet brands since 2018. As specialists in international pet travel, we offer the largest selection of airline approved travel carriers in Saudi Arabia.
We have our own vehicles and friendly drivers for delivery within Riyadh, we can also deliver across KSA by courier.
Pet ownership is growing rapidly in the Kingdom (OK, we know you never actually ‘own’ a cat, they just agree to live with you 😊) and we know you have a choice of pet stores, so we will:
- Constantly review our prices to ensure value for money
- Provide a wide range of products, offering premium and value price points
- Provide store credit if you change your mind within seven (7) days of purchase (as long as the product is unopened)
- Deliver your order with a smile!
We are still a small team, but growing rapidly. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve our products or services please let us know!
We are strong advocates of pet welfare and do not believe a busy store is a safe place for pets, so we do not buy or sell live animals. We support the work of local pet rescue groups and strongly recommend that any Customers wishing to add a pet to their family contact their local pet rescue group (most are on social media) and adopt one of the many animals waiting for homes.
Bayt Al Aleefa Pet House is part of the Expat Logistics Group, established in 2009 to support English speaking expats moving to and from the Kingdom. Our Riyadh office opened in 2012, providing 'on the ground' services for commercial, household and pet shipping and we are now the largest provider of pet transport services to and from Riyadh Airport.
