FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your products arrive damaged or they are faulty, you may return them and obtain a refund or replacement product. See below for returns and refund policy.

EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY FOR PET FOOD

Food products returned within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery (whichever is the latter) may be exchanged for items of the same value, provided that the goods returned have not been used in any way and packaging is unopened. Food products will not be accepted for exchange or replacement after this time.

Original printed receipt must be provided at point of return or exchange.

Promotional and/or discounted items may not be returned or exchanged after purchase.

Food products found to be defective when opened may be returned for full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase or delivery (whichever is the latter).

EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY FOR NON-FOOD ITEMS

If a product is defective and we are advised within thirty (30) days of purchase or delivery (whichever is the latter), we will provide a replacement product, at no additional cost to you.

If a replacement product is not available we will provide you with store credit of the value paid, valid for one hundred and eighty (80) days from date of issuance

GENERAL EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICIES

Products damaged while being used do not qualify for repair, exchange or refund, in reference to physical damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit value.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over SAR250, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
