Delivery & Charges
Once we receive your order, we'll contact you, normally via WhatsApp, to confirm your delivery address and advise the delivery date/time. Please ensure you enter a valid mobile number when ordering so we can reach you.
If you have a specific delivery request (e.g. before or after a certain time), please let the team know as soon as possible so we can schedule accordingly.
We will always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, if you’re in Riyadh it may be the same day!
Deliveries within Riyadh
- Orders over SAR 175 — Standard Delivery Service* — FREE
- Orders below SAR 175 — Standard Delivery Service* — SAR 25
- Priority Delivery Service (for urgent deliveries or delivery outside Standard hours) — SAR 50 (Riyadh only, subject to availability)
Rest of KSA
- Courier Service — rates shown at checkout once delivery method is selected; delivery normally within 2–3 days from dispatch
Collection
- Free collection from our Khalid bin Waleed store, Ghirnatah, Riyadh (RFDA7174).
- Opening hours: Saturday–Thursday, 10am–11pm | Friday, 4pm–11pm.
Standard Delivery Service
- Delivered next working day, between 10am and 10pm (Saturday–Thursday)
- Friday deliveries: 4pm–10pm (subject to availability at time of order)
- For orders placed before 2pm, we will do our best to deliver that afternoon/evening (subject to availability at time of order)
Notes
- All deliveries are notified in advance to the contact details provided on your order
- If we're unable to deliver, we'll reschedule for the next available date — further delivery attempts may incur an additional SAR 25 fee
- Please notify us as early as possible if you have specific delivery requirements or won't be available to receive your order at the advised time
